PS TAPE EXTRA HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE SIDED TISSUE TAPE WITHSTAND HEAT UP TO 100 DEGREE (12MM X 6 METER) PST6

DOUBLE-SIDED TISSUE TAPE (herewith called PST6) is developed by PS Global International. PST6 is an extra heavy duty of double-sided tissue tape with a non-woven fabric backing, dimensional stable liner, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive and high adhesion.
 

The Characteristics of PST6 is able to withstand extreme weather and under any condition, which shall withstand a range of temperature between -20C (-68 F) and 100 C (-212 F).

Furthermore, its could withhold weight up to 3.5kg (7.71 pounds) with use of 12mm x 3meters (1/2” x 3.28yrds).

FEATURES

1. Suitable use for plastic, textile, paper, PVC, foam (Sponge), printing finishing, sign making, fabric, card board, nameplate, interior decorative and so forth.
    
2. Not suitable use for both of solid and hard surfaces, as double-sided rubber tape is recommended to be used.
    
3. High initial tack, provide persistent performance and excellent wetting (grabbing) power to various soft and flexible materials.
    
4. Excellent performance of temperature 100 C (212 F)
    
5. Withhold weight up to 3.5kg (7.71 pounds) by use of 12mm x 3meters (1/2” x 3.28yrds)
    
6. Endurance in the condition of hot and cold and/or sudden change of the temperature.

APPLICATION TO SECTORS :
Like advertising, renovation, stationary, academy, automotive, printing, household, construction, office, interior design, electronic, and others.

HOW TO ACHIEVE GOOD RESULT USING THESE TAPES

Step 1    Hands must not be greasy
Step 2    Surface must be clean, flat, and dry
Step 3    When applying on the surface the tape must be pressed firmly for the at least 15 Seconds.
Step 4    The tapes must be sufficient amount in order to hold the weight of the object.
Step 5    Do not remove paper liner unless ready for immediately bonding.
 

PRECAUTION

1. Do not incinerates as same type can emit toxic fumes when ignites
    
2. Unless specified as “hypo allergenic adhesive”, as PST6 and not sold for direct skin’s contact.
    
3. Wear gloves if prolonged or repeated contact will occur
    
4. Local exhaust should be used to remove fumes or thermal decomposition if heat bonding as solvent bonding is performed.
    
5. Disposal method must comply with local, state, federal regulation.

CONDITION OF STORAGE

1. Place in between 20 C (68 F) and 27 C (80.8 F)
    
2. Place the remained of the unused tape inside the plastic bag or blister pack.
    
3. Surrounding area must be free of dust and dirt
    
4. Does not expose direct to hot sun or hot area.
