Item return & refund policy

If user is not satisfied with the online purchased item(s) from us , kindly return it back to us within 10 days with the original receipt and the item shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall be in original state as per original shipping container received. There will not be any refund if the item has been used, tempered or damaged by the customer. Tick Hong Hardware & Timber Sdn Bhd (676840-H) will not be responsible if the customer’s shipment of items are lost during the return transit. Once the returned items have been inspected, we will refund back the item within 3-5 working days. However, every refund item is subjected to 20% forfeit in cash from its bill OR exchange another product.
