Total Tools Europe is confident of the quality of its products and offer an outstanding 7 year guarantee on Total Tools hand tools, applicable from the date of purchase. If your purchase becomes defective due to fault of materials or workmanship within the 7 year guarantee period from the date of purchase, Total Tools guarantees to replace all defective parts or replace the entire tool free of charge – at our discretion. This warranty does not apply to product misuse, careless handling, alterations or repairs attempted other than by authorised Total Tools repair agents. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights which remain in place in addition to our 7 Year Guarantee. Exclusions to 7 Year Guarantee include but are not limited to consumable products, i.e. drill bits, abrasive wheels, sanding sheets, batteries, PPE, Hex keys and clothing etc. We may require photos or other supportive evidence in order to substantiate any claim under guarantee. Proof of purchase may be required, returns to be arranged by the buyer.
