The super high performance of the double-sided crystal clear acrylic foam tape is developed (herewith called PSA1), by PS Global (International). The PSA1 is a medium-density, crystal clear and transparent with a high performance acrylic adhesive and PE liner. PSA1 meets or exceeds manufacturer’s requirement for Acid/salt/Fog, Cleaning Agents, Hot/Wet/Cold, Ozone and IR exposure. This tape is designed to have an excellent long term holding power and heat resistance, while maintaining a good balance of high peel adhesion.

APPLICATION :

Sealing, surfaces ( like transparent glass , tiles, plastics, marbles, painted, metal, and wood), weather-stripping, window muntin, Glass lamination, Signboard (highway/traffic), and joining most transparent materials.

1. Bonding sheets of glass for lamination to produce safety glass
2. Mirror fixing
3. Bonding Muntin bar externally to windows
4. Fixing weather strip around windows bond extrusions to window frames
5. Fixing double glazed units indoor panels fixing polycarbonate to glass.

Major sectors use : automotive, construction, advertising, household, interior design, electronic, graphic, arts, and other general industrial uses.

NOTE :

Surfaces like concrete, stone, masonry are not recommended. For specific applications, individual testing prior to extensive use is suggested.

CONDITION OF STORAGE

1. Place in between 20 C (68 F) and 27 C (80.8 F), and 50% relative humidity
2. Place the remained of the unused tape inside the plastic bag or blister pack.
3. Surrounding area must be free of dust and dirt
4. Does not expose direct to hot sun or hot area.
