The hook & loop fastening tape (herein after called PSF5) is developed, to solve fastening problems, in particular in work under condition of heat & cold, hook heavy object, frequently open & close, and rain water.

Consumers, nowadays, need more innovative and reliable hook & loop fastening system.

The PSF5 is a good characteristic for performance of fastening system. Its could be withstand a range of temperature between 5 C (41 F) and 55 C (141 F), the holding power is 1.5 kg with use of 3cm2 (1.18inches2). The cycle life is last up to 800 times (opening & closing) with the remain of good shear strength and without any changes of physical properties; however, the cycle life could be reached to 5000 times, but the shear strength will be gradually reduced. A strong pressure sensitive adhesive & resist acid & alkaline, give excellent insulation, and high gripping performance.

How to Achieve Good Result Using this Product :

Step 1:    Hands must not be greasy
Step 2:    Surface must be clean, flat, and dry
Step 3:    When applying on the surface the tape must be pressed firmly for at least 5 Seconds.
Step 4:    The tapes must be sufficient amount in order to hold the weight of the object.
Step 5:    Do not remove paper liner unless ready for immediately bonding.

Condition of Storage :

1. Place in between 20 degree C ( 68 degree F) and 27 degree C ( 80.6 degree F)
2. Place the remain of the unused tape inside the box.
3. Surrounding area must be free of dust and dirt
4. Does not expose direct to hot sun or hot area.
